Who qualifies and when to pay
Sign up through the invite link and your first payment for a GLM Coding Plan subscription is 10% lower. The offer is open to new users and to accounts that have never had a paid subscription. You need to pay within 72 hours of creating the account.
Limits
- The discount does not apply when you renew, or when you move to a higher or lower plan.
- After the discount, the charge cannot fall below $0.50.
Prices on z.ai/subscribe, as of 9 September 2026
- Lite: $18 billed monthly, $14.4 on quarterly billing, $12.6 on yearly billing; 10,000 credits every week.
- Pro: $80 monthly, $64 quarterly, $56 yearly; six times the Lite limit.
- Max: $168 monthly, $134.4 quarterly, $117.6 yearly; fourteen times the Lite limit.
Paying by the quarter saves 20% and paying by the year saves 30%. That saving comes from z.ai itself and has nothing to do with the invite.
What the plan is
GLM Coding Plan gives you Z.ai's GLM models for programming on a subscription basis, so there is no charge per request. It runs with 20+ tools, among them Cline, OpenClaw, ZCode and Claude Code. Each plan comes with Web Search, Web Reader, Vision Analysis and the Zread MCP.

- Pay no later than 72 hours after registering.
To be clear
- The "Invite friends, up to 20% credits" text on z.ai describes credit for the person doing the inviting. The invited user's discount is 10%.
- We previously showed 20% here. That was an error, and the figure now follows z.ai's official rules.
