In Uzbekistan the service runs in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Andijan, Fergana, Namangan and Navoi; it also operates in sixteen cities across Kazakhstan and in Baku. The subscription can be paid in instalments, and every membership includes guest passes for friends and freeze days. Entry to a venue is by QR code, and the studio list is shown by city inside the app. Because of that structure, 1Fit promocodes usually attach to a first subscription, one particular plan, or a set term, and most often require a new user; some offers apply only in certain cities. How to save at 1Fit

1Fit is a fitness app where one membership lets you book classes at many gyms, pools and studios. 1Fit announces promo codes and promotions from time to time, and codes are activated in the app. The terms below come from 1Fit's public offer for Uzbekistan, its promotion rules and its pricing page.

Promo codes and guest visits

  • A guest promo code gives your friend one free gym visit. Plans include guest visits too (for example, 2 free guest passes): your friend trains with you without a membership of their own.
  • If a friend buys a membership with your personal promo code, you get bonus days. They start after your paid term ends, cannot be exchanged for money and may be cancelled if the friend gets a refund.
  • You can also buy a paid single visit for a friend: it lasts 7 calendar days and is for people aged 16 and over.

Why a code may not work

  • The plans include no free trial: memberships are sold for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Access without a membership comes only from a special promo code, for a limited time set in advance.
  • A membership is personal. One bought with a personal discount, won in a prize draw or received in a promotion cannot be transferred to someone else.
  • Under the public offer, a regional membership works at gyms in Namangan, Andijan, Navoi, Bukhara and Samarkand, not in Tashkent.

Saving on a membership

  • According to 1Fit, a month on a 12- or 24-month plan is noticeably cheaper than on a short one. You can apply for instalments in the app instead of paying at once.
  • On the Tashkent plans, the 12-month membership has 30 freeze days and the 24-month one 60, while the 3- and 6-month plans have none. Each freeze uses at least 7 days.
  • Under the 1 Month for a Friend promotion, an annual buyer gets 1 extra membership: 12 visits to main class categories over 30 days, to be gifted within 3 days to a user without an active membership. Check in the app that it is still running.
  • An unused membership can be fully refunded within 14 calendar days of purchase.
