Opal is an app for managing screen time and holding focus; it runs on iOS, Android and macOS, so it works across phone and computer together. The core idea is temporarily blocking distracting apps. Focus Rules set which apps are closed, and the Focus Timer starts a session locked for a chosen period. The Opal Score combines sleep, focus and rest data into a single measure of how well technology use lines up with your intentions, while Focus Gems mark milestones reached. The site cites a 4.8 rating from more than 150,000 reviews and says users save roughly one hour twenty-three minutes of screen time a day. The app offers a free trial, with the extended features in the Opal Pro subscription. Opal promocodes therefore almost always apply to Pro: a first payment, an annual plan, or an extended trial. The code is entered when the subscription is set up, and the card states the conditions and expiry date.
