Payme - Promocodes and Discounts

Payme is a payment service in Uzbekistan: one app covers mobile top-ups, utility and government payments, taxes and traffic fines. Its loan-repayment section routes payments to banks including TBC Bank, Mikrokreditbank, Ipoteka Bank, the Business Development Bank, Uzsanoatqurilishbank and ANOR BANK. Other categories cover internet providers, television and streaming, insurance, games and social networks, hosting, and air and rail tickets. The app has tools of its own: Payme GO for paying without an internet connection, QR payment, in-person payment, saving a recurring payment, a monitoring view that sorts purchases into categories, managing several cards in one place, and card blocking. Payme only works with plastic cards that have SMS notification enabled — without it, a card cannot be added. Separate online-checkout products are offered to businesses. Payme promocodes therefore usually attach to one payment category, a first payment, or a cashback campaign. The code is entered before the payment is confirmed, and the card on PromoBozor states the conditions and the expiry date.

How to save at Payme

Payme's official materials do not mention a promo-code field: the ways to save in the app are the Payme Plus subscription, cashback and the refer-a-friend campaign. The terms below come from Payme's blog, public offer and tariff sheets.

Payme Plus price and free trial

  • The standard price of the All inclusive tariff is 44,990 UZS a month. Payme has announced a promotional price of 39,990 UZS until 31 December 2026; the subscription page in the app shows which price applies to you.
  • The first 30 days are free. When the trial ends, the subscription switches on in full and is charged automatically, unless you cancelled it before then.
  • You cancel with the cancel-subscription button in the app. Money already paid for the current period is not refunded.
  • Only cardholders who have passed identity verification can subscribe.

What the subscription saves you

  • Without it, a card-to-card transfer costs 1.1%. With All inclusive, transfers between Humo and Uzcard cards are free up to 5 million UZS a month. Above that limit, and from cards on other payment systems, the usual fee applies.
  • Unlimited free transfers from TBC Salom cards to most bank cards in Uzbekistan.
  • Access to Yandex Plus and Setanta Sports.

How cashback works

Payments through Payme's own services earn cashback from 1%, and payments through third-party services from 0%; the exact rate is shown before you pay. Cashback arrives within 7 days, can be spent only with Payme partners, cannot be withdrawn as cash and lasts 1 year.

What changes from October

In mid-September Payme announced that, for new users, Payme Plus becomes a single subscription shared with TBC Bank, and bonuses replace the 1% cashback. The new tariffs list that subscription at 44,990 UZS a month. If you start a trial now, check the terms in the app again before it ends.

Invite a friend

Until 31 December 2026, Payme pays up to 100,000 UZS in cashback for each friend you invite, for at most 10 friends a month. Payme's own sources disagree on who can invite: the blog says any user can, while the campaign rules require an active All inclusive subscription. Check the campaign page in the app for the exact terms.

Payme promocode FAQ

How many active Payme offers are available now?

PromoBozor currently lists 1 active offer linked to Payme. The number changes as new deals are checked and added, while ended promotions are removed from the active count.

How much does Payme Plus cost, and how long is the trial?

The All inclusive tariff costs 44,990 UZS a month at the standard price, but Payme has announced a promotional price of 39,990 UZS until 31 December 2026. The first 30 days are free. The subscription page in the app shows which price applies to you, so check it before you subscribe.

Will I be charged after the Payme Plus trial?

Yes. When the free period ends, the subscription switches on in full and the monthly fee is charged automatically. To avoid that, press the cancel-subscription button in the app before the trial ends. Money already paid for a period is not refunded, so note the date your trial finishes.

Can Payme cashback be withdrawn as cash?

No. Cashback is credited within 7 days, can only be spent on payments to Payme partners and cannot be withdrawn as money. It lasts 1 year. From October, new users on the single subscription will receive bonuses instead of the 1% cashback.
