How to save at Yandex Market

In Uzbekistan, Yandex Market now runs as Market Yandex Go inside the Yandex Go app. You enter a promo code in the Promo code field in the cart, and codes are available only to signed-in users. The rules below come from Yandex's current promo-code rules, terms of use and help centre.

Promo-code rules

  • You cannot use two promo codes on one order. Each user can apply a code once, unless the promotion says otherwise.
  • A «new user» is someone with no orders on the account yet, or whose last order was 180 days ago or more.
  • A promo code does not reduce the delivery fee unless the promotion says it does.
  • Items the code does not cover are marked when you place the order.
  • After the discount, a single item cannot cost less than 1,000 UZS. Any unused part of the discount is not paid out and does not carry over to later orders.
  • If the Yandex Go app is not updated to the latest version, the code may not work.

Delivery and payment

  • Delivery to a Market Yandex Go pickup point costs 0 UZS, and the order is kept there for 7 days.
  • According to the delivery conditions page, courier delivery is free on orders from 500,000 UZS and costs from 30,000 UZS otherwise. Prices may differ in other regions.
  • «On click» delivery is free.
  • At a pickup point you can pay in cash or by card. Paying by card lets you spend Yandex Plus points. You can also split the payment with Yandex Split, which is not a loan.

Cancellations and returns

  • If you cancel a prepaid order, the money returns to your card within a day.
  • Non-food items can be returned within 10 days, and faulty food within 24 hours. Return shipping in Uzbekistan costs 0 UZS, and refunds arrive within 10 days.
  • The official rules do not say whether a promo code is restored after an order is cancelled or returned.
