What the code gets you
Enter yble1179 when you register and the new account receives $10 of credit. ImageKit deducts it from your next invoice without you doing anything.
When the credit actually counts
- Forever free accounts are never invoiced, so the credit only starts to be spent after you upgrade to a paid plan.
- Lite costs $9 a month, which means $10 of credit pays for its whole first month.
- Whoever owns the code gets a separate $20, and only after your first bill has been paid.
Plans as listed on imagekit.io/plans (September 2026)
- Forever free, $0: each month 20 GB of bandwidth and 3 GB of storage; 500 video units and 650 extension units; 2 users.
- Lite, $9 a month: 40 GB of bandwidth, then $0.5 per GB; 10 GB of storage, then $0.1 per GB; 3 users.
- Pro, $89 a month: 225 GB each of bandwidth and storage; overage is $0.45/GB for bandwidth and $0.09/GB for storage.

ImageKit in brief
It is an image and video delivery service. You upload a file once, and its size, format (WebP or AVIF) and quality are changed on the fly through URL parameters. A global CDN serves content from whichever server is nearest the viewer. There is also a media library (DAM) for storing, tagging and searching files, plus video transcoding and adaptive streaming.
ImageKit decides the credit amount and the rules and is free to revise them. Any number of people can sign up with the same code.
