  • An unpaid order is held for 30 minutes, and the code entered in it cannot be used in another order during that time. If you cancel that order, the code becomes available again.
  • If an order is cancelled through no fault of yours, Uzum restores the code, or issues a new one with comparable terms, within 3 working days.
  • If you return all or part of an order after collecting it, the code counts as used and is not restored.
  • A code cannot be exchanged for money or passed to someone else.
  • If you used a code, your name is checked against your passport when you collect the order.
  • Goods paid for in cash to the seller are not part of Uzum Market promotions, so codes do not apply to them.

Other ways to save

  • Low price guarantee: if the same item is cheaper at a shop on Uzum's list, the difference comes back as a promo code, up to 1,000,000 UZS. That code works on any product for a month.
  • Delivery: a courier costs 30,000 UZS and is free once the order passes the amount shown in the cart. Pickup points keep an order for 8 days.
  • Uzum Nasiya: instalments with no down payment over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months; the minimum instalment order is 35,000 UZS.
