Short description

Every new v0 user gets $5 of one-time credits. No code is needed, and the credits do not renew.

About this offer

$5 is enough to try v0, but it is a one-time credit. For regular use, the monthly and daily credits on a paid plan go further.

Terms & Conditions

What you get: v0, Vercel's AI app builder, gives every new account $5 of one-time credits. It is the starting allowance of the Free plan.

  • No promo code or link is needed: the credits arrive when you sign up
  • The credits do not renew: once they run out, the Free plan does not top them up
  • Paid plans add $30 of credits per user each month, plus $2 free for every day you log in
  • v0 does not offer discounts; its official FAQ says so

This brand used to carry a referral credit offer. v0 closed that program on 15 July 2026, so the old offer is switched off. Terms taken from v0.app/pricing on 7 October 2026.

Questions about v0 free credits: $5 for every new account, no code needed

Do I need a promo code for the $5 credit?

No. The credit is added automatically when a new account is created. v0 does have a code field, but it is for one-off codes handed out at events, and no public one works right now.

What happens when the credit runs out?

The Free plan's one-time credit does not renew. To keep going you need a paid plan, which adds $30 of credits a month and $2 for each day you log in.

Can I get extra credits through a referral link?

Not any more. v0's "Invite & earn" referral program closed on 15 July 2026, and links no longer earn new credits.

How to find, copy and apply promocodes at checkout is answered on a page of its own.
